Permanent Mark started tattooing in 1989 at Venice Tattoo. He went on to open the first tattoo shop in Cape Town, South Africa, and later moved to Amsterdam to work with the Legendary Henk Schifflacher.
Retired after 30 years of tattooing, Permanent Mark is now focusing on mixed media projects, which include collages, silkscreens, and hand-painted creations.
